Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and by the federal laws of the United States, without reference to conflict of laws principles. The federal and state courts within Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use, and you hereby expressly consents to such personal jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. The failure of PolyMedix to act with respect to a breach by you or any other party does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.

Special Notice to California Residents

Under California Law SB 27, California residents have the right to receive, once a year, information about third parties with whom we have shared Personal Information about you or your family for their marketing purposes during the previous calendar year, and a description of the categories of Personal Information shared. If you are a California resident and wish to make such a request, please send an e-mail to ir@polymedix.com and include the phrase “California Privacy Request” in the subject line, and provide us with your name, address and e-mail address. We will respond to you within thirty (30) days of receiving such a request.
